Warranty declaration:

apenta GmbH, Schmiedemattweg 4, CH-3629 Kiesen (called "apenta" in the following) grants consumers a durability guarantee in addition to and within the scope of the seller’s liability for defects under the following conditions and to the extent described below.As the manufacturer, apenta guarantees the flawless functionality of properly used products made by apenta for a limited period of time.

"For the purposes of this manufacturer's warranty, "consumer" shall mean any natural person who is the owner of the apenta product and has not purchased it in order to resell it. First end consumer is the "consumer" who first purchased the product from apenta, a distributor or another natural or legal person who sells the apenta product in the course of his commercial or self-employed activity.

Under the following conditions, apenta warrants that the products sold by apenta in the European Union (EU), Norway, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are free from defects when used properly during the agreed warranty period. If an apenta product proves to be defective during the warranty period, apenta shall, in accordance with these warranty conditions, repair the product free of charge for the first end consumer or replace it with a corresponding or similar and equivalent apenta product free of charge at its own discretion.

Warranty period:

The warranty period is 25 years for production defects (material defects), 5 years for closure and spare parts and begins on the day of purchase by the first end consumer. In case of complaints, please contact us by presenting the product and the purchase receipt directly to the seller. After 2 years directly to the manufacturer, for the purpose of clarification on how to handle the operation.

Prerequisite of the manufacturer's warranty:

The guarantee declaration assumes that the consumer accepts this guarantee declaration with apenta.This is done by presenting the original receipt for the purchase of the apenta products covered by the warranty and by presenting the apenta product and proof that the defect in functionality occurred within the warranty period. This proof can be provided in particular by presenting the receipt.

Warranty protection:

apenta guarantees consumers that apenta products are free from material and design defects as well as manufacturing and construction faults.

Exclusion of warranty:

The following articles are expressly excluded from this manufacturer's warranty:

- cooking box

- apenta polish

The guarantee promise is also subject to the condition that apenta products have been used as intended, and

- no overheating, dropping, or other self-inflicted damage or intentional damage has occurred.

- no chemical or physical effects on the material surface which have been caused by improper use, e.g. damage caused by incorrect cleaning or cleaning agents or sharp-edged objects happened. Damage is not covered by the guarantee in these cases.

This warranty applies exclusively to apenta products that were purchased within the European Union (EU), Norway, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein or which have been sold by apenta or a local distributor. apenta products that have otherwise come within the scope of the warranty are expressly excluded from this warranty.

Warranty services:

The guarantee consists in the fact, that in case an apenta product proves to be defective during the warranty period, apenta shall, in accordance with these warranty conditions, repair the product free of charge for the first end consumer or replace it with a corresponding or similar and equivalent apenta product free of charge at its own discretion.

apenta reserves the right to adapt the warranty services due to technical developments.

However, claims for compensation for consequential damages or product liability shall only exist within the mandatory statutory provisions.The warranty claim exists only upon presentation of the product and proof that the defect has occurred during the warranty period. This proof can in particular be provided by presenting the receipt. It is therefore recommended to keep the receipt carefully at least until the end of the warranty period.

Information in case of guarantee promise, § 477 BGB (German Civil Code):

Completely independent of this manufacturer's guarantee and of whether in the event of a defect the warranty claim is made under the prescribed guarantee or not, the statutory warranty rights with the seller exist without restriction. Therefore, in addition to or also without asserting the warranty claims, the legally regulated buyer rights due to defects of the object of purchase - in particular subsequent performance, rescission, reduction of the purchase price or compensation for damages (see § 437 BGB and the special statute of limitations in § 438 BG) can be legally asserted towards the seller at the buyer's own discretion.

The guarantee shall apply without prejudice to mandatory statutory liability provisions, such as e.g. the product liability law, in cases of intent and gross negligence, due to injury to life, body or health caused by apenta or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
