Risotto
For 4 people:
- 2 cups of risotto rice
- 4 cups of water into a Vacuum Steamer (if desired, substitute a part of the water by white wine)
- Add bouillon, season with salt
- Stir well
Preparation like rice
Add cream, grated cheese and/or butter to taste before serving.
For a creamy consistency, stir in boiling water/bouillon if necessary.
